
Please read the following information carefully.
Failure to Provide the right documents will mean that your medical will need to be rescheduled.
Please check your junk mailbox in case the confirmation email has gone there. All of your location-specific information will be on there.
Please bring the following with you to your medical:
- Passport or driving licence
- The glasses or contact lenses you use when driving and/or reading
- Repeat prescription / The medications themselves
- A Urine Sample
- Any relevant medical records for any conditions, if you have them
If you take insulin / Gliclazide / Glomepramide then you need to bring in your blood glucose monitor. Without the appropriate blood sugar monitoring we will need to reschedule you.
If you haven’t paid online you can pay on the day with cash or card.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.
How to prepare for your safety critical medical.
- Please ensure you are well rested
- Avoid loud noises for 24-48 hours prior to coming for your medical as this could lead to you failing the hearing test.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
Please book another appointment here. Then email us at hello@simplymedicals.co.uk to let us know you have re-booked and if you had paid or not. The new booking can be cash if you have paid already.
Your medical may take place in an office, Porta Cabin, Mobile Clinic, Haulage yard or Medical Centre.
